As you may or may not know, I’m a bit of a yoga bunny. I don’t post much about yoga on the blog but I’m always chatting away about it on Instagram and Twitter. I’ve been doing it on and off for a couple of years but got hooked last year when I went to Florence for a girly yoga holiday. My teacher, Melissa Ferrier, got me hooked on Ashtanga and I have never looked back. Due to my schedule, I’ve been practicing at home a lot but I just completed a 6-week course at my favourite studio, Triyoga. I really loved deepening my knowledge of Ashtanga practice and perfecting my asanas, it’s super important to know how to safely come into and out of each pose especially if you’re practicing at home.
Needless to say, I’m a huge advocate of yoga and tend to get my friends involved as much as possible. The guys at Sweaty Betty are as passionate about yoga as I am and today sees the launch of the #GetYourOMBack campaign. They’re making yoga super easy and accessible to all by breaking down a gentle restorative yoga sequence into a daily yoga pose which you can share on Instagram with the hastag to win treats, prizes and to spread the love.
