Like Giambattista Valli, Elie Saab is a failsafe designer during Couture Week who never fails to deliver. Season after season, the otherworldly beauty of his collections captivate and inspire; blurring the lines between fashion and art.
This season sees a slight step-change for Saab, who introduces watercolour floral prints to his Spring 2015 collection, which is inspired by his childhood in Beirut’s “golden age”. The prints are breathtakingly delicate and add a fresh edge along with ostrich feather trimmed cocktail dresses and tulle jumpsuits which worked well along with his signature show stopping gowns.
One of the highlights of Couture Week.
