For the last couple of seasons, PPQ have been on a journey of evolution, becoming a new, grown up version of itself with plenty of super fun party dresses. The autumn/winter 2013 collection featured power dressing, inspiration from the 50s through to the 90s and bright pops of neon. The show opened with fabulous 60s style pea coats in shades of lime green, bubblegum pink and buttercup yellow with bold black buttons and pocket accents. The sleek and tailored coats made way for stunning party dresses which were classic PPQ. It was clearly about shoulders and decolletage for Amy and Percy, with cut out details, halternecks, cross overs and off the shoulder pieces all styled with black accessories. There were some great 80s puffball cocktail dresses which made me think of Cher and Dionne from Clueless. Along with the bright pops of colour and neon, there were some bold graffiti print pieces coupled with bodycon dresses and not forgetting the fabulous Manolo Blahnik shoes. Always one of the hottest tickets for fashion week, I loved almost every look from this show.
