Shoe of the week: Jeffrey Campbell Pony Tail

Studs are undoubtedly the trend of the season for autumn/winter 2012. Whether you take a stroll through Bond Street or Oxford Street, designers and high street brands alike are crazy for shiny, pointy studs adorning everything from beanies to boots. As a shoe gal, my favourite way to embrace this trend is on my feet. Most of the studded footwear I own is actually pretty casual – studded loafers or flat studded boots rather than killer heels or statement shoes. I’m slowly saving my pennies for these badass Jeffrey Campbell Pony Tail heels though. Combining soft black suede with a smattering of shiny studs and a swishy, swinging pony tail, these ankle boots have had me captivated for weeks.
