Shoe of the week – Bertie Prang boots

I know that this week’s shoe of the week are a tad out of touch with the glorious weather we’ve had this weekend but with all the AW12 stock in stores already, it’s hard to find weather-appropriate pieces. Plus, you know that winter is just around the corner, wouldn’t you want to be fully prepared with a pair of studded biker boots? This gorgeous pair from Bertie caught my eye immediately, the metal stud detailing appealed to my fashion magpie. I would absolutely wear the Prang boots to death, with shorts and a tee or a tshirt dress now and layered up with leggings, tights and soft knits to contrast with the toughness of the boots in winter.
