The Nightwalk

I don’t believe in love at first sight, I certainly believe in lust at first sight though. A glimpse is all it takes to make your heart skip a beat and make the rest of the world melt away into the background. That’s exactly how I felt when I stumbled upon Jeffrey Campbell‘s exquisite Nightwalks on Sarenza. Heel-less shoes aren’t a new, Victoria Beckham was wearing some Antonio Berardi beauties back in her wannabe fashionista days and of course Lady Gaga has been seen in towering 12″ heel-less shoes by Noritaka Tatehana earlier this year. That doesn’t make heel-less shoes any special though, so I had to snap these up and count down the hours til they were mine. 

Now I know what you’re thinking: “Shoes that crazy must be impossible to walk in!”. Well no, that wouldn’t be true actually. I haven’t exactly walked miles in them but they were no harder than a pair of platforms. That being said, don’t rush over to push me if you see me in them! These beauties may just topple the mighty Litas as the fashionista’s shoe of choice. I hear that our cousins across the pond have already got Nightwalks in a dazzling array of colours.
