This super cute jersey dress was sent to me by the lovely ladies from Push PR as part of a “style it up” challenge. But I genuinely love this dress, it’s become my new go-to piece for dressing up, dressing down and everything in between. Jersey is such an easy to wear fabric, 18 and East fully appreciated this by making this dress loose and slouchy, but adding an elasticated belt for a little waist-cinching action. I love the blurred print and longer length at the back too. At a mere £25, it’s such a style steal.
It’s such a versatile piece that I decided to show it dressed up and down with minimal accessories for the challenge. For my casual look, I’ve just paired it with some flat, studded ankle boots from Primark, I’ve also worn it with pumps though and it looks very nonchalant, oh-this-I-just-threw-it-on. I dressed it up with my House of Holland suspender tights and black Carvela wedges. The length of the dress is perfect for these tights, as you only catch a little glimpse of the suspender detail. I’m also going to experiment with brights too, as the muted colours of the dress would make the perfect base for some really bright pops of colour.
Apologies for the lighting in the images, I was hoping to get out and about to take advantage of the sunshine in London but never have time to snap pics on the move.
beautiful I love your lip colour 😀
