Brace yourselves, lovelies. As if normal Mondays aren’t bad enough, tomorrow is Blue Monday. *Here’s the science bit* Statistically, tomorrow is the most depressing day of the entire year. A combination of post Christmas/New Year blues, drained bank accounts, going back to a job that you may dislike after a long break and horrid weather takes it’s toll in January. It can be all too easy to dwell on the negative things but it’s important to remain positive and keep your head up, there are so many beautiful moments in life…cherish them.
Just in case you need reminding to stay positive, acclaimed life coach Dr Antonio Marsocci has teamed up with Bradley Seymour – Creative Director of Italian Marie Claire – to produce Think Positive, a clothing brand to encourage optimistic thinking as a part of everyday life. The designs are simple and incorporate bold slogans graphic prints, I love the ‘peaceful’ see with the sea print. It may sound like a gimmick, but graphic tees have been used for decades to spread a message. I think it’s great to spread a positive message and remind people to smile and be positive.
The range includes t-shirts and jewellery and is available at Think Positive.
I love those bracelets!Juliet xxx
