During London Fashion Week, luxury label Thomas Wylde launched a book – Ten Times Rosie – to commemorate ten successful seasons for the LA label which counts celebrity such as Angelina Jolie, Charlize Theron and Rihanna as fans. Shot by Rakin, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley takes on ten distinctive characters to portray each season. The images are stunning, atmospheric and cinematic; Rosie is absolutely breathtaking whether she takes on the role of an African highlander, porcelain circus doll or a London punk.
Launching the book during London Fashion Week was no accident, it was very symbolic. Thomas Wylde is now available in the UK for the first time and Rosie and Rakin are both an incredibly talented British duo. Founder and head designer Paula Thomas explains: “This is a very special project for me. London and my experience of it inform the aesthetic of Thomas Wylde. It means a lot to work on this with two other internationally renowned British talents and to launch the book in the UK during London Fashion Week. Each series in the book is the perfect expression of the drama of my work.”
