The bad news about Louis Vuitton’s Autumn/Winter campaign is that Lara Stone isn’t in it. The Dutch super thankfully marked the end of those Madonna campaigns, and a new vision for the Louis Vuitton woman. This new look continues and develops for the Autumn/Winter campaign, which is shot again my Meisel and features Christy Turlington, Karen Elson and Natalia Vodianova. The campaign is utterly gorgeous and perfectly captures the femininity of the Louis Vuitton runway show. The set resembles an old school movie dressing room and has a rich, beautiful cinematic glamour.
“The strength of Louis Vuitton is its almost magical ability to reinvent itself every season,” says Artistic Director Marc Jacobs. “Last season was all about the idea of the New Age traveler. This season was a manifesto for beautiful, ladylike clothes. Two different collections, two different campaigns, but one Louis Vuitton.”
I so agree, no more Madonna yessss!! Love the campaign though, it's so glam!
I love Natalia! Good enough for me 🙂
I loved this ad campaign. It was deliciously feminine and classy! Call Me Stylista
