Vogue Paris is all about the supermodels in October 2009. I’ve got to say, there were some surprising choices and some conspicuous absences. I felt that the cover was a bit bland and safe, but the editorials were, on the whole, sublime. There was much debate on TFS, with a lot of people slating Kate Moss for being boring, safe and old. I’ve found that Kate has become a bit ‘same-y’ recently, and certain other models produced some far superior images. What do you think?

Claudia by Alasdir McLellan
Kate Moss by Inez van Lamsveerde and Vinod Matadin
Kristen Mc Menamy by David Sims
Yasmin lebon by Alasdair McLellan
Lara Stone by Steven Klein
I'm loving the Lara Stone editorial. Honestly, even when Paris Vogue is "off", I think it's still a million times better than US Vogue.
What ever they do I love it.juliet xxx

I have yet to pick up this issue, but then again, it's hard to do a feature on supermodels and leave out Kate. I agree that she's a safe choice and the images of her might as well be those stemming from her Topshop ads. Really like the Lara Stone and Yasmin LeBon ones though!
My favourite is the middle photo of Kristen McMenamy.
Totally agree with Sheena– However, I am not renewing my subscription to Paris Vogue. I enjoyed it while it lasted 😉 But let's face facts, my high school French was not enough to get me through the text of the issue! V Magazine rules (for the editorials and the stories).
I quite like this; but to be honest I'm a bit sick of boob shots.
looove the lara stone shots.xx-LJ from SOS!
